Future Team Mates
Our Beth-Shean Respite team is looking for special people with passion and vision and proven skills in working alongside people experiencing mental unwellness and distress.
They need to demonstrate the skills and attitudes that make a positive difference to a person’s recovery, and be able to work alongside people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. They may have worked in mental health & addictions, or come from another health or social services background, and will have training and/or qualifications to back up their experience. They will join an experienced team, who look forward to all contributions to the team’s work.
We are committed to helping staff develop their knowledge and skills. Team members need to be able to commit to Beth-Shean’s key values of hope, hospitality, and service, and to our philosophical approach. Team members must be able to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers as necessary.
Beth-Shean is a Christian charitable trust based in central Auckland, well-respected within the local area, with over 20 years experience working with people in both respite and accommodation. For a team member Job Description and Application, please contact us.
